TURN AROUND TIME:
Current processing time from the time of order to time of shipping is 20-30 business days. This excludes holidays, weekends, pre-orders or otherwise stated.
(Please note: some pre-orders can take up to six weeks. Make sure to check item description)
Refunds:
Abby+Ollie does not offer cancellations or refunds.
Returns:
Exchanges are accepted within the first 5 (five) days of receiving product. Product must be unwashed and unworn, in the same condition it was received. Item must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your return label. Anything outside of these times will not be accepted.
I haven't received anything since my confirmation email?
During processing, you will not receive any emails or updates regarding your specific order until your shipping information is updated.
I received my tracking number but there is no tracking information?
Once you receive your tracking number, it may take 1-3 days for your tracking location to update.
